About the Blogger – Elizabeth Galbut

Elizabeth is a creative quant and passionate entrepreneur, pursuing a dual degree MBA/MA Design Leadership at Johns Hopkins and Maryland Institute College of Art. As a Strategy and Operations Consultant for Deloitte Consulting, Elizabeth brought to market strengths in strategic planning, innovation strategy, and economic analysis to health care clients. Elizabeth graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University, and studied Economics and International Business at London School of Economics and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

Elizabeth is currently Co-President of Johns Hopkins Innovation Factory, an organization which aims to create, foster, and nurture the entrepreneurial spirit throughout the Johns Hopkins community.

As for her personal aspirations, she plans to bridge design thinking with traditional business approaches to drive innovation of products and services within the health care sector.
